GROUP SESSION
How to arrange a group session with singing bowls and give a personal experience to each listener.
The session for 2-8 people with singing bowls:
1. Choose a technique that you will use during the session, and plan all the movements, and steps of the session.
2. Arrange place in a circle or half circle, heads towards bowls. Check if there are mats behind the head if you plan to put bowls there.
3. Start slowly, movements should be smooth and gentle.
4. Here is the example of the session similar to the group chakra balancing, but you can create your own flow using the knowledge from this course. Be creative!
5. Strike all bowls in between steps.
Bowls:
You can use 7 singing bowls set or more than 7 bowls, to put them on the guests for deeper experience.

Example of session plan:
Time: 60 min
Meditation practice for 3 -8 people
Step 1
Guide people to lie down so it will be comfortable for you to practice. So you can move around and put bowls on their bodies (next to the head/body) if you plan to do this.
Guide people to relax, guide them with your voice to surrender to the sound and listen to the bowls.
Strike all bowls slowly in harmony for 3 rounds. After each strike, you can count till 4, the next round count till 3, and the last round count till 2.
Step 2
The first step in practice is activation. Strike the bowl, walking around.
Strike all bowls in harmony, allow people to listen to the 7 bowls harmony, don't rush, and do everything slowly.
Step 3
The next step is stimulation. Strike the bowl and make hand gestures for every person above the head. In between, you can strike all bowls in harmony.
Step 4
Strike a bowl and take bad energy away from every person. You can strike all bowls in between while moving around.

Step 5
Strike a bowl and bring good energy to every person. You can strike all bowls in between while moving around.
Strike all bowls in harmony.
Step 6
Release.
Rim the bowl walk around, and stop for a while next to each person's head. You can rim putting a bowl on the body as well.
After rimming on 1 person strike all bowls in harmony.
Leave this bowl on this person and start with step 2 again choosing the next bowl. You can go harmonywise from C to B. Or you can choose 3-4 of them for activation of the chakras. For example: solar plexus, heart and third eye activation. This will depend on how many people you have in the session.
If you choose to do this practice with several bowls, you repeat steps 2 till step 6 and again you leave the bowl on the next person. This means, that if you do the striking of bowls in harmony, some of the bowls you will strike on the clients.
Once you worked with all bowls with every person, you can move to step 7.
Step 7
Finish by striking all the bowls from C to B, gradually increasing the striking interval, and slowing down the rhythm. Then start removing the bowls from clients and bring them back to the mat.
The last 2-3 harmony strikes can be from B to C down, this will help to ground and finalize the session.
Step 8
Waking up after the session
·      Gently guide the person back into his/her consciousness with your voice.
·      Ask to concentrate on the breath and body. Ask the client to notice the current state of body, mind and energy to compare with the beginning of the session.
·      Gently moving the fingers and toes, then hands and legs.
·      Ask to roll on the side and only then to come into a seated posture.
·      Then ask to open the eyes and appreciate this beautiful moment and experience.
·      Exchange the experience with the client. First, let the client speak about the experience. After then you can explain what you have felt during the session, and try to give personalized feedback.
